"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Es Restaurant is a wonderful Vietnamese spot in the area with the best staff I’ve ever met! They are very helpful and have excellent product knowledge. We even received a complimentary dessert, which was not only a lovely gesture but also absolutely delicious. The food overall is incredibly tasty, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. The service is outstanding, especially our waitress—she was so kind and communicated very well. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I really appreciate the unique Vietnamese-style décor. It gives the restaurant a vibrant, authentic charm that makes it stand out. Definitely a place worth visiting again and again!"

"This must be my top 1 Vietnamese restaurant in Madrid. The food was lovely! I ordered the vietnamese pancake (real crunchy), chicken pho and fresh spring roll for takeout, their lychee drink is so nice as well. Staff is very friendly. Would surely go back again for my next Madrip trip."

"What a lovely place to have lunch. The staff is amazingly friendly, the food is so great with a lot of flavours and quite authentic. I am pleasantly surprised. We had a table by the window and enjoyed our privacy as well as the vibrancy of the place. It’s the first time my friend has Vietnamese food and I’m glad this is her first experience. Awesome location too. We came straight from the Royal Palace so a bit further from the busier Plaza Mayor vibe. What a wonderful lunch."

"A true Vietnamese gem in the heart of Madrid! This restaurant has so many different appetizers and entree options ranging from spring rolls, crispy crepes, noodle soups, and more! Service was so friendly, welcoming, and made us feel so welcome. Banh Xeo is a savory crepe with your choice of filling. Out of beef, chicken, tofu, and shrimp, we went with shrimp. It was very fragrant with hints of mung beans and coconut. The Nem Cuon was delicious and filled with crunchy vegetables, shrimp, chicken, and mangos. Such a texturally satisfying bite! Crispy shrimp was another standout! For entrees, we ordered the Beef Noodles and pho. Both were delicious and well balanced. For a drink, get the egg coffee - the sweet egg foam compliments the undertones of the coffee perfectly."

"This place was a recommendation from our food tour guide and her rec did not disappoint! The food was delicious, fast service and everyone was very nice. Not too expensive either. The egg coffee was crazy good as well. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for Vietnamese food at a fair price."

"Food was very fresh and the serving size was good. The actual plates were so small in size that it made it difficult to eat the food without it falling off the plate! Food was pretty tasty. I liked everything but the pork was not very hot and it tasted fried. (We thought the pork would have been especially good since we were in Madrid) They have good options for vegans which is why we chose this restaurant. Only wish they had a vegan dessert. Service was very nice. They spoke English for us which was appreciated."

"It gets my 5 stars for food and service. The decoration is colourful and elegant but it was dark on the day we went and the atmosphere was rather cold (both physically and psychologically). This was a Tuesday lunchtime and it´s probably a lot better when there are more people. We shared dishes of nem frito, ban xeo tom (fried crepe), com ga gion (fried chicken): yes, all fried but delicious with lots of accompanying raw salads and vegetables. They offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash which we did, but it's only on the main dishes (not drinks or dessert) and not really worth the 1.85€ we saved!"

"The restaurant's limited size means the tables are tiny, which can make managing multiple dishes challenging. The food is acceptable, though the portion sizes don't quite match the price point. Plan ahead for a wait, especially during rush hour."
